Tendering Documentation for the construction of the following projects
Worked with one of the UAE’s leading construction firms (known for landmark projects like Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and the Louvre Museum), gaining international exposure through high-profile developments.
Key Projects & Achievements:
Led tendering and site coordination for the Wasl Tower, a 62-storey mixed-use project (AED 1.46B), from contract stage to successful tender submission.
Contributed to Expo Pavilion, Zayed National Museum, and Guggenheim Museum projects, with budget estimates exceeding AED 353M.
Developed impactful tender presentations and layouts, streamlining internal bid submissions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinated architectural design and subcontract works for large-scale developments.
Managed site execution to ensure timely and budget conscious project delivery.
Supervised BIM workflows, guiding draftsmen and aligning with project teams.
Reviewed tender documents, issued RFIs, and worked with estimation, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
Prepared detailed drawings and 3D models (Revit, SketchUp) for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Liaised with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project specifications and resolve design concerns.
Researched materials and technologies, ensuring compliance and innovation in construction methods.
